Gilead Sciences (NZ) and Gilead Sciences Pty Ltd (collectively “Gilead”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and complying with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (as applicable to your location) to ensure that your personal information is protected.  Gilead handles all of your personal information in accordance with Gilead's Privacy Policy which has been provided to you and/or can be accessed at  https://www.gilead.com.au/privacy-statement and this Personal Information Collection Statement.
Gilead collects and holds your information for various reasons including to fulfil the administrative requirements of this G.Access platform, and for communication with you regarding this program.  It will be necessary for Gilead to disclose and store your information with Gilead’s affiliates, service providers and regulatory authorities located in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and the USA.  By providing the information requested, you consent to Gilead using this information for these purposes.  Generally, you have no obligation to provide any personal information requested by us.  However, if you choose to withhold requested personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services that depend on the collection of that information.
From time to time, Gilead may also provide you with marketing material about Gilead's products and services including by email, fax, SMS and telephone call and other forms of communication.  If you do not want to receive marketing information about Gilead products or services, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Privacy Officer or by unsubscribing using an unsubscribe facility in an email or SMS.  If you request not to receive marketing material from Gilead, Gilead may still contact you with other types of non-marketing information such as changes to product information or PBS listings in Australia, or change to the funding status of a product, such as its listing on the Pharmaceutical Management Agency’s (PHARMAC) Pharmaceutical Schedule in New Zealand.
